Filling a No Substitution Prescription

When filling for a specific brand requested by a prescriber, patient, or pharmacist, a "no substitution" message should be transmitted to the third party.

Note: Sending the "no substitution" message does not guarantee that you will receive payment in full.

To fill a no substitution prescription in PharmaClik Rx:

1. Create a new prescription until you reach the Rx Detail stage.
2. Select the Third Party tab.
3. From the Production Selection dropdown, select one of the following options to identify the individual who ordered the no substitution:
   • 1- Prescriber’s Choice
   • 2-Patient’s Choice
   • 3- Pharmacist's Choice
4. Select the Fill button.
